Nationwide Insurance —
The recent problems with the economy are affecting the claims services provided by Nationwide Insurance. Adjusters to handle the claims are being given pink slips left and right. Those that have had their vehicles damaged are being strongly encouraged to use blue ribbon shops rather than having company adjusters inspect the damage. If the vehicle has been totalled, expect delays in the settlement process as there has been a downsizing of staff at the salvage yards. Same day contact with parties involved with accidents is no longer a requirement for Nationwide employees. Nationwide needs to focus on lowering premiums and maintaining the appropriate staff rather than spending so much money on ridiculous advertising campaigns. I do not recommend Nationwide Insurance to anyone.
