Nationwide Insurance Review

My friend and I were driving in the amish country to relax by shopping and enjoying the scenic views. We were passing a horse and buggy when suddenly we heard a loud pop and the car lurched to the side of the road hitting a tree.

We had a flat tire and the car's front end was completely smashed in. Luckily, we were okay, but understandably, shaken up. Since we were in the middle of the country with many miles before reaching a town, both my friend and I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. I have a great relationship with my agent, Susan, before this accident.  So, I called her and explained the situation. She was able to calm me down, discussed my options, and talked me through the entire process. She was able to coordinate roadside assistance right away - even in the middle of nowhere.
