Nationwide Insurance —

My homeowners insurance came up for renewal.  My agent, Robert Guardiola, from Katy, TX was more than happy to get me a good rate when he was trying to get my business initially.  I get a bill and my policy went up $500.  There had been no claims and no problems.  When I called and left a message that I would like to discuss my homeowners insurance and the increase in the premium, he manages to find time to call and leave a voicemail 2 days later.  In a very unprofessional, cocky tone he says " there is nothing I can do about your premium and if you want a discount you need to insure your car."  If
Robert was smart enough to keep files on his customers, which apparently hei s not, he would know I have a company car and that is not possible.   The good news is I dropped Nationwide and got better coverage with another company.  Actually I got quotes from several companies and they were all cheaper than Nationwide.  I urge everyone to look at other companies and forget Nationwide.....They are royally sticking it to you and the agents are HORRIBLE!!

No something is going on. We are bailing out the insurance companies. Mine also went up $500. What the heck is my mortgage company going to do when they get the bill from Nationwide to pay $505 more??? This is a bs time to do this Naitonwide. I am going to ask the Attorney General what is going on? or the Obama Administration.
