Nationwide Insurance Review

Nationwide was not particularly helpful in getting a rental car after I was rearended by a tourbus.  I chose to deal with their insurance company (I ended up getting a lawyer).  I should state though that our insurance was still in California and we were in Mississippi and the accident had been in Alabama (We are military).  When my daughter was in an accident they were wonderful.  They were very helpful in getting our car repaired promptly. 

After Hurricane Katrina it took about 2 weeks to get an adjuster out (that was relatively quick compared to a lot of people).  After the assessment was made though we had our check within a week and it was for a fair amount for the damages we recieved.
