National Treasure Review

We don't often go out to the movies, but I was so impressed with the first of these films that we decided to splurge, and we weren't disappointed.  The story line was well thought out, and the cast portrayed characters that you actually cared about.  My 19 year old and my 8 year old actually enjoyed a movie together.   Usually you expect a sequel to be weaker than the original, but in this case, we are already wondering what they will come up for the next installment.  Definitely was worth the ticket price and most certainly worth a rental fee, and I am sure that we will be viewing it again.  Nicholas Cage was excellent, but so was the rest of the cast as well.  It definitely wasn't a one man show, nor was it star driven, but a plot and story driven picture that drew you in and kept you interested.   Anytime you are truly disappointed that a picture is over, it was worth the trip.
