I purchased an item about a year ago and now the sales rep calls me EVERY SINGLE DAY! I would never purchase from this company again! It will HARASS you to try to get you to buy again. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you love getting harassed.

I bought pens and key tags to giveaway to my customers. I had to keep calling in to get updates and see whats going on with my order. When I called I was told almost 2 weeks after ordering that the pens were out of stock and wouldn't get them back in for 6 weeks. Why didn't they call or e-mail me sooner so I could figure out what I wanted to do. Then I get my tags and they were completely unreadable. I had to wait a whole month or so before I got my order corrected. This company is so bad at communicating with their customers and don't care when you need your product. They are so lazy. And I was a new customer and that I would use this company again and again but I was totally wrong bout them. Don't ever use this company. And I will not be telling my friends, family, etc bout this company. I rather use discountmug.

I have ordered a few times with this company and it went well, however, the last few times i ordered after that, the customer service was horrible and the product was terrible, tried to get a replacement but customer service gave me the run around, no time for this mess, never again!!!!

Hi All, Please BE AWARE of this Pen Company. They will send you a sample stating you have a big discount. As I work in Property Management I ordered for our new prospect/tenants to try on. When the bill arrived I was shocked that they charged me more than I expect " Its called Set-up"???. Plus the pen that they sent to me did not work most of them. Now they keep sending us an urgent bills stating we need to pay the late charged fee which they cash the check already that I sent.

We placed an order 2 weeks ago with guaranteed 3-day delivery. After a week we called to see where our order was and they said they didn't have it in stock. No phone call. No remedy. NO customer service. And now it's past the date we needed the pens.

Have been fighting them for months on charges for products they did not send. Months of credit calls and then send you to collections. There are a lot of other reputable companies out there. Please use one of them.

We received a sample in the mail and decided to purchase 100 pens for our business. What a mistake that was. They printed the wrong phone number on the pens. When I called, they told me to go pound sand and to buy more!!! Now, there is a continuous barrage of telemarketers from calling me at the CORRECT NUMBER that is not on my Pen. This is insanity. Stop sending me your advertisements and quit having people call me to try and buy more incorrect pens.

I didn't receive a confirmation email of my order. ONLY after writing a bad review was I finally contacted. I was told what I ordered was no longer in stock-said nothing when I ordered. So I had to switch my order and WAIT even longer so my order wasn't ready for the opening of my business. I was Told I would get a refund, 3 weeks later I got a partial refund. No responses when emailing them. Fraud. Scammers. Don't do it!! Not worth it!!
