Kids love getting magazines in the mail and we have found that National Geographic Kids is a good choice. The bottom line is that it gets kids reading because it is cool and interesting.

My daughter (now age 12) loves this magazine. She's been reading it for several years. The majority of articles are about animals. Each issue contains lots of fun facts, puzzles, and more. There are interactive articles - kids have the opportunity to send in photos of their pets or drawings to share - or opportunities for helping the commuity (locally and world wide).
