Nars Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base is by far the best eyeshadow base that's out there right now. It goes on clear - which is fabulous because it won't change the color of your eyeshadow - and it truly lasts all day! No smudges, creasing, or fading. And it doesn't irritate my eyelids. If I didn't have this shadow base in my life, I'd most likely look and feel like a fool!

I recently was introduced to Nars Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base from a wonderful Sephora consultant and was way impressed with this awesome product. First, has I noticed is the texture of Nars Smudge Proof Base is very smooth and goes on sheer unlike most eyeshadow primer does. My shadow goes on beautiful and really allows the color from the shadow to be as intense as you intend it to be. Second, I didn't notice ANY creasing after 10+ hours of wearing Nars Eyeshadow Base and in fact, after finished my daily cleansing routine, I still had shadow and liner stuck in place. WOW...that's pretty cool. I also love that this does not irritate my extremely sensitive eyes; many primers tend to cause my eyes to water or itch - this did not. Nars Pro-Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow base is great to use under your eye to keep you eyeliner in place as well as your shadow - this actually works to keep your liner from feathering - so cool. This product is extremely pricey but it works - however, I'm not sure if I got a bum tube, but it seemed like it was empty! So I'll be bring this back to see if that's normal, but otherwise I love this product!
