About NARS Blush Orgasm
NARS is expensive and I have so many blushes that I hesitated to try this one. But pressure over took me plus curiosity made me want to know if this blush was really all that. It is. It is a translucent powder blush that is very subtle and very natural. I don't see much shimmer at all in this. I thought it was too light for me at first but, after trying it a few times, I saw the natural flush of my cheeks and realized it looked completely natural, not as if I were wearing blush. I have many, many blushes and some are really pigmented or not too natural looking. Others are too subtle. Some are just right. This one falls in the just right category. NARS makes many shades of powder blush but Orgasm is by far their most popular. I wonder why? Haha.
This blush looks good on almost any skin tone. It is a peachy pink (None of the pics do it justice) that gives a pinched cheek effect. It's almost creamy although it is a powder and it never looks dry or unnatural. It's $25.00 for the compact but I can see a difference between my cheaper and darker blushes and this one. It's worth it. Plus a little is all I need all day. I suspect this compact will last for months. I plan to try a deeper shade of NARS blush soon for night time and for when I feel like being a little more dramatic but Orgasm is a great all around shade that works casually and formally.
My Viewpoint
How long could I go with Orgasm? It took me a while but I finally got one! This blush is great stuff and worth the cost. I am going with 5 stars. I can't believe I waited so long to try it!
