Nabisco - Triscuits — 

I am a huge snacker, but also love to choose healthy crackers and Nabisco - Triscuits are one of my favorites.  Each square is made of crunchy, shredded wheat with a lot of flavor.  These crackers are perfect plain, but are even better topped with cheese, dips, or jam.  These crackers are baked, but have a great texture because they are crunchy without being very hard.  I like the plain crackers the best, but they also come in a variety of great flavors that include: rye, garden herb, reduced fat, roasted garlic, rosemary and olive oil, roasted tomato, and cracked pepper with olive oil.  Each serving of a handful of crackers is only 120 calories and about 4 grams of fat.  I love these for snacking and they are perfect for topping and appetizers at parties.  They have a sweet flavor of salt and whole grain goodness in every bite.
