A GREAT LITTLE CRACKER WITH SO MANY USES

The ritz cracker has got to be one of the most versitle products in the grocery store.  They taste great all by themselves, but they can be used in so many different ways.  I make a delicious pie by combining them crushed with pecans, sugar and beaten egg whites to form a crust to be baked and topped with whipped topping.  (This is my sister's all time favorite pie).  I crush them then roll a chicken breast in them for a wonderful entree.  I make a poppy seed chicken casserole which gets topped with crushed Ritz.  They are great with many different kinds of cheese balls and dips.  Plus they taste great simply spread with peanut butter for a snack.  No wonder I bought a box of them this afternoon while I was grocery shopping.  What a wonderful product!
