Okay, there seems to be a HUGE misconception about the new Oreo Cakesters based on most of the reviews here.
They are NOT suppose to replace Oreos!!!
Nabisco did NOT stop making Oreos to bring us Cakesters! Thus why they are called "Cakesters"
I LOVE oreos but ONLY when drowned in glass of milk until soggy. Not exactly a snack you can eat on the run, huh? Well now you can. These are as close as you can get without the mess. NO they do not taste exactly like the cookie but the are not suppose too and they are still pretty AWESOME.
If you LOVE Whoopie Pies , you should like Oreo Cakesters. Don't me wrong, nothing manufactured beats a homemade whoopie pie but again, you can't just mix up a batch of them when your in hurry.
If you are reading these reviews I encourage you to try them for yourself. Check the Check outs and single serve area ( chips and such) for Single Serves now available and give them a try.
Some mentioned the price, they are no more expensive than any other snack cake and as we all know not the healthiest either.
Endulge in an Oreo Cakester with an open mind that they are NOT in any way meant to replace a cookie.
