Really love Oreos but reality is they taste like plastic!

an Oreo cookie fan, like to try new products, will try anything once, frequent snacker

I was looking for a product like this for two reasons. I LOVE chocolate and my husband has a "soft" mouth; i.e., he loves to snack but most snacks are too hard for him to eat. I thought that these cookies would be tasty and be easier for him to chew.

Although they are little pricey at $3.59, they are individually wrapped and easy to take to work or keep in the car for a quick chocolate "fix" but I found them to be unpalatable.

First of all, the smell of the product when opened from their packages was a little off-putting, but, since I had already spent the money, I proceeded to eat one. One was all it took.

The cake is dry and the traditionally well-liked creme filling was not at all like the original Oreos.
In short, they smell like plastic and the taste was what I imagine trying to eat plastic display food would taste like, if one was so inclined to try.

I will definitely not be buying any more of these disappointing little "cakesters" again.
