This is the best fat burner since you needed a prescription for ephedra. I Have been taking it for about 4 years. The fat around my waist has gone down. I had a 38 inch waist now I have a 36 inch waist. I would really be cut if my diet was stricter but I am not ready to give up junk food and donuts totally. But these are not magic, you have to eat right and workout for your best results. When I was in weight loss mode I was on the Atkins Diet and I lost over 30 ponds. Effectiveness It keeps my body fat low and it gives me energy. But to be effective you have to eat right and get off your butt. When you do your cardio you will really sweat but you will lose fat not just water. Side Effects I don't have any side effects but when I first started taking it I had some problems sleeping but not anymore. I have the best results if I don't this close to bedtime. I usually take it at least 7 hours before bedtime. I don 't get any jitters or shakes.

Stacker two had more side effects than benefits for me. It did have some benefits though. The benefit it offered was that it gives you overwhelming amounts of energy. I felt powerful and energized. Like I could ultimately accomplish anything. But, the side effects that I experienced were racing thoughts, inability to sleep, irritability, afternoon energy crashes, inability to relax and more. I couldn't get to sleep no matter how hard I tried. My family said I was irritable. That effect could have been a secondary effect due to the loss of sleep, I am unsure about that. The afternoon crashes were the worst. I would feel depleted and tired in the afternoons, during the times that I was unable to sleep. I would also get a slight headache during these afternoon crashes. Overall, the pills were great for energy and pretty bad for all the side effects I had experienced. Effectiveness It provides an energy boost. Side Effects Too many side effects.

NVE Pharmaceuticals Stacker 2 diet supplement was the worst I have ever tried and I've tried a few. I started taking these pills after my husbands Aunt told me she was taking them and was loosing weight. So I decided to try them for myself. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of results I got from using these Stacker 2 pills. They did give me energy though, but it was the uncomfortable feeling of my heart racing and feeling like it's going to jump out of my skin that made me not like this pill. It was the most bothersome feeling. After only a few days I had to discontinue the NVE Pharmaceutical Stacker 2 diet supplement. Out of all the things I've tried for weight loss these were the most ineffective pills I have ever used. Side Effects These pills make my heart rate speed up and make me sweat terribly. They also made me feel jittery and uncomfortable. The side effects to these pills are quite bothersome.

This is not worth your time nor your money. Effectiveness I honestly have no clue how effective this medication is, because I could not continue using it due to my severe side effects. This is why I rated it a five, I thought that was fair. Side Effects Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!! Every single side effect that I have had with all of my weight loss aid or dietary supplement experiences, I found in this single medication. I had terrible nausea from about two hours after I popped the first dose. I had a moderate headache that lasted the duration of the usage of the medication. My stomach would cramp so terribly that I would lie in bed and cry, waiting for the next bout to come. I experienced severe jitters while taking this medication and the rapid heart beats were ridiculous. I could not clean my house due to the extreme state that the medication put me in. Note that this was from ONE DOSE of the medication! I can only imagine the damage there would have been had I continued to take it.

I have purchased and tried these NVE Pharmaceuticals Stacker Two pills and they were really really horrible. They absolutely do not help you lose weight. They may give you energy and that may make you a little more actuve but with me it was nervous energy and it made me feel anxious. These NVE Pharmaceutical Stacker Two pills are nothing more than high doses of caffeine and personally for me they made me feel really really shaky. They also gave me anxiety. I can get get this same kind of energy from drinking strong coffee. I definitely would suggest that you do not waste your money or time on these pills. The only thing they are good for is helping people stay awake that are trying not to fall asleep. I would not recommend these Stacker Two pills to anyone I know. They also make your heart race just like any other speed and if you have high blood pressure these will make it higher. Side Effects Horrible side effects

I know ephedra is unhealthy but I will say it is effective. Stacker used to have ephedrine in them and I managed to loose a lot of weight taking them. Then ephedra was taken off the market and Stacker come out with an alternative which in my opinion is ineffective and causes too many negative side effects. I tried taking these and thought over a period of time my body would get used to them but I found myself sick to the stomach, jittery, headache, and just feeling bad with no energy at all. I would try eating before I took a capsule then take it with 8 oz of water and still the nasty side effects. So I stopped taking them because i couldn't deal with feeling bad. I took for a period of a month off and on and didn't experience any weight loss nor have energy. I wasted a whole month trying a product so please don't waste your time on this product. I have a very high tolerance to these types of products and usually I never feel these side effects. Effectiveness Not effective, didn't loose weight just lost time. Side Effects I felt terrible on stacker 2. Stomach pain, headache and feeling jittery.

I did not see any difference in taking these pills and drinking about three (3) cups of coffee! They are ineffective at helping you want to lose weight but very effective in giving you a headache. I did not see any difference in my hungery feelings or my wanting to exercise. They just really made me feel a little jittery at the most and gave me a headache each and every time I took them. Effectiveness It did not do anything that I would consider to be helpful in the line of weight loss. It will do nothing to help you not want to eat I think it is just a rip off for people who think they are taking something that is natural and healthy when it is NOT! Side Effects I did not really experience any side effect except maybe the first few times that I tried them I felt like runing in place, let me correct that walking briskly in place they don't work well enough to make you want to run. I don't think that they would help anybody in their weight loss plans because they do not seem to do anything for you that you couldn't get from a couple cups of coffee. I think that the best thing you could do for yourself is to just save the money and avoid these pills.

While Stacker 2 is marketed as a "diet pill" and "fat burner" I really feel they would be better off going the energy supplement route. I do believe these pills are incredibly unhealthy, but really no more so than an energy drink. I take one very occasionally if I'm feeling especially tired in the afternoon and these certainly wake me up! Some words of advice: Do not take these on an empty stomach or without a large glass of water nearby. They will make you sick and/or dehydrated. I would also advise against taking them regularly. They can become addicting if you're not careful. Effectiveness Hard to say. I couldn't give this category a full score because of their marketing as a fat burner, which it is NOT. There is no pill in the world that can "burn" fat, other than good old fashioned exercise. But Stacker 2 IS effective for energy supplementation. Side Effects The side effects can almost make the pill not worth it, based on your tolerance level. Heartburn, nausea, racing heart and anxiety are just a few that I've personally experienced. That's not worth it to a lot of people.

I love these they give me a lot of extra energy. That's why I give the overall rating a tenor the stacker 2 pills . I have five kids and they always got me going. I take one in the morning that's all you need. It gave me the extra energy that I need to exercise. After my fifth kid I gained 20 pound that I kept accumulating after each kid. Effectiveness I use the stacker 2 pills for a about a month. Then I stop for a month because they will not be as strong . But they give me so much energy I need to get through my day. Some people can take two a day I only need one a day. If I took two it will make me to jittery and shaky. Side Effects I give the side effect rating of the stacker 2 review a eight because when you first take them. They do make you you shakey and jittery. But they do go away after a couple days or week of taking the stacker 2 0pills. For weightloss they can work if you use them to work out. It does take some hunger away.
