NSI CoQ10 is the best the best supplement of its kind that I've tried. The capsules are just the right size to make them easy to swallow. They are also free of any weird flavors or after tastes. It also digests easily and I don't get that feeling that it's 'stuck' in my throat. I like CoQ10 because of it's antioxidant abilities. I feel it helps combat some of the enviornmental contaminants I encounter every day. I like taking supplements, especially ones that the body naturally makes on it's own. Because the amount we produce as we age I feel safe taking it. I feel that it gives me an energy boost but I can't prove it. It's also supposed to help with heart health and blood pressure but I don't have problems in that area. 200mg can seem like a large dose and this wasn't the easiest supplement to find but the hunt was worth it. There are so many companies manufacturing CoQ10 but NSI is one that I can really trust. Every product I've tried has been top notch and affordable when compared to other items.
