NSI Magnesium 500 mg - 180 Capsules Review

NSI Magnesium Capsules contain 500 mg of magnesium in each easy to swallow capsules.

I suffer from hypo-magnesium and have tried several brands of Magnesium supplements and by far the NSI Magnesium has been the easiest to swallow and to digest.  All the other brands of Magnesium that I tried came in large, hard pills, that would start to dissolve as soon as you put them in your mouth, making them very hard to swallow.  I take 9 magnesium pills a day, so this was a huge problem for me along with them making my stomach upset.

 I  didn't have any stomach upset with the NSI Magnesium, and as far as keeping my magnesium levels up, it worked great.  My magnesium levels are monitored weekly and they have been in the normal range.  They are easy to absorb and a good quality magnesium

Price wise the NSI Magnesium is cheaper than most that I have tried.  Even if I had to pay more for it, to me it would be worth it since its in an easy to swallow capsule.  Even though I had a prescription for Magnesium my insurance didn't cover it, and to buy that many magnesium pills a month was a challenge until I found these.  I was actually able to cut back the amount of the magnesium pills I had to take daily since this is such a good quality magnesium capsule.

 I would recommend the NSI Magnesium capsule to anyone who has to take magnesium daily.
