NHL 09 for Xbox 360 Review

The details for NHL 09 are great.  I love the new Be A Pro mode.  I have my 360 connected with HDMI and it almost seems made for the graphics of this game.  Also like the new controls and player controlled movies make for a more interesting game play.  The game also has a feature where you can switch to an older version of controls for simpler game play.  If you haven't tried the Be A Pro mode yet, TRY IT!  It is a blast and depending on the level you set the difficulty at, can be quite challenging as well.  There are a few choices of player type (grinder, play-maker and a few other type), each can be played from the different positions and also on the 4 different difficulty levels.  It is overall a great game.  The only problem with the game is a known problem where a lawsuit is actually involved.  Some of the games were made on disks that are too thick.  This causes them to play for a while (or sometimes not play at all) and then you may have trouble getting into some of the game modes.  Most places are replacing the games for the customers at this time with little or no questions asked.
