I love NCIS.  This show is a great mixture of seriousness and light heartedness.  I was worried when they took Kate off but Ziva has definitely filled those shoes. Even with all of the shifts in characters, this show picks up the pace and continues to be great enjoyment.  Mark Harmon could not be in a better role.
