The interaction among the characters is a major strength of this show. Gibbs, McGee, and Abby are wonderful characters played perfectly. The more they show about Abby the better. A strong, bright woman with more than a few quirks. The only totally unbelievable character is Lauren Holly as the Director. There is just no authority in her presentation and there is zero chemistry with Gibbs.
