Mylicon Infants' Gas Relief Drops - Dye Free Review

we tried them b/c our daughter was fussy the other day. Her fussiness went away, but then she woke up like every hour (instead of sleeping her usual 5-6 hours) acting like she was hungry and farting a lot. Then, the next morning she had three very loose bm's within a couple hours. I'm not positive it was the drops, but the drops are the only thing we changed that night. I didnt think there were any side effects of the drops, so it could just be a coincidence. Since then, she's been fine, but we probably wont use them again unless there is a really bad night.

I think even if they did work without possible side effects, they are really expensive. I couldnt imagine putting those drops in every bottle. But I suppose its worth it if your baby is colicky.
