Cherry Mylanta is one of the best products I've found for helping with heartburn. I suffered from gastric reflux and before my surgery I had heartburn nearly every day even while on presciption medication. The cherry Mylanta ( I kept it in the refrigerator) was great at combatting the heartburn. It soothed the burn and settled my stomach so the acid didn't return for several hours. It is very reasonably priced and worth every penny to me.
