BLOG, lots of ways to express yourself, be part of groups with your interests, FUN!!!!, Great way to keep in touch with friends

Cons

ALOT OF SPAM, A lot of people trying to sell something, Not safe for children or teens, lots of fakery

Myspace is so fun and you can meet some great people. It is really easy to find people you haven't seen for a long time. It is a great way to keep in touch with family. Lots of classmates to get back in touch with. You can customize your page to have anything you want on it. A good way to express your opinions and blog things. You can make it secure by only allowing your friends to view information about you.

The bad things about this are there is a lot of scammers, a lot of people trying to get you to sign up for dumb things, you have to be careful of the information you put on there so that petafiles can't know too much or be able to find you.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR CHILDREN OR EVEN TEENS!!! There is just too many ways they can get scammed or hurt.

I agree. MySpace can be a fun place for mature adults and older teens, but not for young pre-teens or anyone under the age of 16. And even then, it's good to be careful anyway.
