Well, unfortunately I now have negative Point of View.

2003 was glorious for me as it was the year I bought a personal computer for my own home and also retired (which meant I had plenty of time to use the p.c., sometimes until the wee small hours of the morning). It wasn't long before I had discovered the thrill of online shopping and in due turn stumbled onto MyPoints.com.

read full review »Well I just got my first free gift from MyPoints today. It was a $10.00 gift card for Bed, Bath & Beyond, and I got it without making any purchases through MyPoints. I'm still waiting however, on another $10.00 gift card for Panera Bread, and after I receive it I'll come back and upgrade my review.

About 6 months ago, a friend told me about MyPoints in passing. We were out shopping, and she pulled out a $25 giftcard to Old Navy or the like and said that this was her reward for online shopping. I thought she meant that she had redeemed credit card rewards. I was wrong. It sounded easy enough - shop online, get points, take surveys, and open ads. Easy enough.
I mean, I spend at least 40 hours online with work, not to mention a crazy life with two young kids almost forces me to shop solely on the internet (mall shopping has long been a luxury!). What do you have to lose? You don't have to...
