I've been a member of my points for over five years now, and I've earned quite a few gift cards. My points have added up slowly since I don't often buy things that I wasn't planning to anyway. But I will say that I have learned about a lot of awesome sites just by reading and clicking through my MyPoints emails. The only mistake I made a few years back was using my points for an Omaha Steaks "gift certificate." It came with a very pricey catalog that had nothing I could use my gift certificate for without spending at least $20 more. I ended up waiting so long that it expired and I have regretted losing those points ever since. But don't let my bad luck hold you back... they offer lots of popular gift cards too.
