Kids love games, but reviewers recommend against Mynoggin.com. This online service is a site dedicated to children’s games and reviewers agree that Mynoggin.com does offer games with characters that kids will recognize and they agree that the site is fun for children. But Mynoggin.com is very poor when it comes to serving its customer base and its game functions are not consistent. Note: I would've given myNoggin zero stars if it had been allowed by the site!!
So here's my story:
I saw an ad on Nick Jr. that there was a "risk free" trial period and thought it would be ideal for my nephews, ages 2 and 5. I signed up and attempted to log on to look at the site before letting the boys online to play. No response. I tried emailing the site. No response. After multiple attempts during the trial week, both by email and through the site's "customer service" feature, I still had not gotten a response from myNoggin. I signed up my 2 1/2 year old for mynoggin. I paid a for a year. Although she really enjoys it (and that is all that counts), the games are not always functioning and when you complain their customer service is very slow to respond, and continuously places blame on the the customer not having their system requirements. What they don't seem to understand that if the system requirements were not there the games would never be able to be played, not just sporadically.
I think once they get their kinks out, it could be a great site for teaching pre-school up to kindergarten art, math, spanish and phonics. However,...

DO NOT TRUST MYNOGGIN.COM. Trying to cancel is a nightmare. You have to sign on to get any contact info at all. You can find a phone number that is supposed to have "live" customer support, but it just makes you leave a recording. When you try to cancel on the site it says it can't do it "at this time." I sent a message, and supposedly the account was canceled. I received an email to that effect. Then, they went and charged by bank account anyway. Now, I can't even log onto the site to send a message to them, as the login doesn't work--but they are still taking money from me. ...

Stay away, horrible customer service, can't access site, double charging me for a subscription I can't use, and did I mention horrible customer service.

Their latest update is fantastic and my kids love playing the Dora games. The best part is that I can log in and see what games they are playing and the service recommends additional activities I can do with my children. Anything that gets my kids interested in reading is well worth it!

Mynoggin.com is one of those on line services that knows they have no value whatsoever. Once you sign up, you're stuck. They have no customer service and actually could care less about their customers. They have purposely made finding contact information next to impossible on their web site. That in and of itself provides a clear message that they have problems and want nothing to do with customers.
Their pre-paid cards do not work either and you are not allowed any sort of refund.

We signed up about 3 months ago and are still enjoying the service. My 5-year old loves the Dora games and they have been adding new games and toys into the system on a pretty regular basis. So far so good!
