I signed up my 2 1/2 year old for mynoggin. I paid a for a year. Although she really enjoys it (and that is all that counts), the games are not always functioning and when you complain their customer service is very slow to respond, and continouosly places blame on the the customer not having their system requirements. Note:  I would've given myNoggin zero stars if it had been allowed by the site!! — So here's my story: — I saw an ad on Nick Jr. that there was a "risk free" trial period and thought it would be ideal for my nephews, ages 2 and 5. I signed up and attempted to log on to look at the site before letting the boys online to play.  No response.  I tried emailing the site.  No response.  After multiple attempts during the trial week, both by email and through the site's "customer service" feature, I still had not gotten a response from myNoggin.  Sure… read full review »

One star is too much. After four months, we still are unable to cancel our account. The online cancel form reads "not posssible at this time," It says that every time. They do not answer at the customer service line. They don't return emails- it is impossible to contact them in any way. THEY CONTINUE TO WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
