Note: I would've given myNoggin zero stars if it had been allowed by the site!!
So here's my story:
I saw an ad on Nick Jr. that there was a "risk free" trial period and thought it would be ideal for my nephews, ages 2 and 5. I signed up and attempted to log on to look at the site before letting the boys online to play. No response. I tried emailing the site. No response. After multiple attempts during the trial week, both by email and through the site's "customer service" feature, I still had not gotten a response from myNoggin. Sure enough, they charged my credit card. I tried to get the Better Business Bureau involved. Yup, you guessed it--myNoggin ignored the Better Business Bureau as well. After six weeks and multiple attempts to get a response from the company, the BBB gave up and closed the case--at least, now there will be a warning on the BBB website.
The big downside, I'm now out more than $30 on a service that my nephews were never able to use.
WARNING--Parents, don't sign up unless you just like throwing your money away.
And a note to myNoggin and Nick Jr--shame on you for putting this scam of a service under such a popular family brand name.
