impossible to cancel account- will not answer emails or phone

Game function is not consistant, Slow customer service, customer service ignores their customers, lacking response

One star is too much. After four months, we still are unable to cancel our account. The online cancel form reads "not posssible at this time," It says that every time. They do not answer at the customer service line. They don't return emails- it is impossible to contact them in any way. THEY CONTINUE TO WITHDRAWL MONEY FROM OUR BANK ACCOUNT. We have complained to the better business bureau, and will be posting this to every review site we can find! SUBSCRIBERS TO MYNOGGIN.COM BEWARE!!!

I couldn't agree more. They are ripping off parents. There's nothing lower than using children to rip people off. Viacom has managed to sink to the depths.
