A great resource for basic healthy eating. Very user friendly and easy to understand. A definite reference tool I use when providing nutrition counseling to my outpatients (esp for weight loss and general heart healthy eating). Also great for helping kids understand the food groups, serving sizes, label reading, etc. A+++ in my book!
