When I first came home from the hospital after giving birth to my son, I didn't know what to expect from breastfeeding and felt a little unprepared. Since this was my first baby, I didn't know what I needed to facilitate an easy breastfeeding experience.
Being a new mom is very challenging. You are sleep deprived, sore from giving birth, overwhelmed and adjusting to your new role in life - a parent! Anything that could possibly make this transition better is alright with me, but I didn't know what I needed or even where to start. Luckily, my best friend is 22 years older than me and with her...
review »The Boppy Pillow was recommended for nursing-especially since we were expecting twins! My Brest Friend beats it hands down! Whether breast or bottle feeding this is a must have!
My Brest Friend was developed in a "laboratory" of new moms, babies, and breastfeeding experts who set out to do what no one had done before: create a pillow whose sole purpose was to answer all the needs of breastfeeding moms and babies.I'm a bargain hunter, but refuse to sacrifice quality-this pillow is the best of both worlds!
The Nursing Pillow "My Brest Friend" has all the features of the wildly popular Boppy plus many...
review »Overall, this is a pretty good pillow for breastfeeding. It's much better than the competition, but could be even better with a few minor adjustments. First, the cover should be easier to remove for frequent washing. I don't know how this could be incorporated into the current design. I just know that I hate having to remove it because it is so hard to get back on. Plus, after 2 months of use, the zipper on mine has recently "split." Second, the pillow should be extended around your body to accommodate the "football" hold. As it is, the baby falls off the pillow around his waist. That is, his body...
review »When my friends with kids heard we were expecting and that I was going to breastfeed everyone insisted I needed a Boppy. I had seen someone about 8 years ago with a My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow so I asked about it but none of my friends had even heard of it so I bought a Boppy. Well, I kept thinking about the My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow and decided to buy one of them as well. Am I ever glad I did!
I have used the Boppy a few times for feeding but mostly I use it to prop my little one up. I use the My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow every day. I love the way it straps tight around you...
review »I used the Poppy Nursing pillow for my first two children but it wasn't very comfortbal and it often slid off my lap. When I got pregnant with my third child, my friend told me about the My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow and I will be forever thankful! This is an incredible, reliable, functional, and supportive pillow. The back pad takes the lower back pain out of breastfeeding. The thick, firm, but soft, pillow allows the baby to lay higher up, closer to your breasts. I often nursed hands free by just laying my baby on the pillow and latching her on. The pillow cover has an extra pocket...
