Overall, this is a pretty good pillow for breastfeeding. It's much better than the competition, but could be even better with a few minor adjustments. First, the cover should be easier to remove for frequent washing. I don't know how this could be incorporated into the current design. I just know that I hate having to remove it because it is so hard to get back on. Plus, after 2 months of use, the zipper on mine has recently "split." Second, the pillow should be extended around your body to accommodate the "football" hold. As it is, the baby falls off the pillow around his waist. That is, his body below the waist is hanging in mid-air while his upper body is resting on the pillow. I stopped doing the football hold for this very reason. Third, it would be better if the pillow were a couple of inches higher. As it is now, I still have to prop the pillow up by putting my feet up on the coffee table or stuffing a blanket under the pillow for my baby to be at height with my nipple. The pillow takes some time to put on and you have to be careful not to catch your fingers in the buckle, but it is worth using while breastfeeding.
