Works better than most other diaper rash creams

5

I recently became a big fan of Mustela's products after first using their foam shampoo for newborns and saw it clear up my baby's cradle cap. I also decided to test this vitamin barrier cream since I noticed our sensitive skin baby was also getting some diaper rash. I am so glad I did because this cream has cleared up the redness every time it has shown up. At first I wasn't sure how I was going to like this because I didn't realize it was a chalky cream that didn't rub in completely. But after it's first use, I noticed it did get absorbed into my baby's skin and most of the redness was already gone. And for a diaper cream, it actually does smell quite good. The price is a bit higher than most good diaper rash creams, but because it's been so effective I think it's worth it!

Great for Babies

Mustela is by far my favorite brand of baby products. It is very gentle for babies with sensitive or normal skin, and it smells amazing. I have been using this diaper rash cream for a while and I love it. It is nice and thick, but very easy to apply. Some creams are so thick they get very messy to apply, and if your baby has a rash, it hurts them more, with this mustela, it can be applied so fast, baby doesn't notice. I also love to use it for preventing diaper rash. I soon as I see redness, I apply it, and usually everything is back to normal by the next diaper change.

This stuff practically works overnight!

This Mustela Baby Vitamin Barrier cream is a little on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way.  It beats other diaper creams hands-down.  It has a thick, rich formula that just does the trick.  It will quickly heal all but the very worst cases of diaper rash.  On the really bad cases, just slather up the baby with this stuff a little while longer.

Great diaper rash cream

5

We have started to use this Mustela Vitamin Diaper rash cream since our baby has been getting a few more diaper rashes. The Diaper rash cream goes on really white and thick, but it starts to blend in. After trying a few different diaper rash products, we have been happy with this Mustela cream. The Mustela diaper rash cream has helped our baby with his diaper rash and seems to provide some relief for the baby. The Mustela brand is a bit more expensive. We got the diaper rash cream in a pack with other Mustela products. We have liked most of the products of theirs that we have tried. The diaper rash cream smells pleasant and goes on creamy. I do have to be careful not to get it on clothes because the cream is a little thick. I like that is uses vitamins as well. We try to use it most nights to provide protection for the baby. I think it is a good product that helps our baby stay comfortable. I just wish it was not so expensive.

Love this product

I love Mustela products.  I stay loyal to them as they have always worked well on my daughter who has very sensitive skin.  The Mustela Vitamin Diaper Cream is no different. There are a numbe of diaper creams you can use on your child.  I choose to use the gentlest one that will be easiest on my daughter's skin.  I just don't trust what ingredients are in the other products that cost less.  Why put something that is super strong on your kids new skin? Mustela is expensive and isn't sold at a lot of places.  I often have to buy this online or at Nordstrom's.  It's worth it though.  It smells great and has always provided relief to my daughter when she has even the worst diaper rash.  It works quickly and doesn't stain clothing.  It also lasts forever.  Just use a little bit and it will work.  I've had one bottle for nearly a year now, so though the price tag is high if you take into account the longevity of it, then it's worth it.

I am not normally the type to purchase luxury products, and the Mustela diaper cream is pricey compared to other brands, but I love it!  It has a mild and very pleasant scent that smells sweet like a baby should.  The scent is not overpowering and is just enough of a fragrance while smelling natural.  In addition, I love the texture of this diaper cream.  It is thick and smooth and is more like a lotion than a paste.  It goes on so smoothly and does not leave a waxy zinc oxide type of residue the way other diaper creams can.  I have used both Desitin and Bourdaux's Butt Paste and hat the way it makes my hands feel after using it.  It is almost like I can't get the film or residue left behind off.  Not with Mustela.  If I notice any redness on my daughter I use a dime size of this and it clears it up overnight.  The results are amazing.  While the Mustela diaper cream is expensive, it is worth it.  In addition, you only need to use a little bit and a little goes a long way so you don't  need to buy it all that often. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone.

There is a reason why it is #1 in Europe

I received the Mustela Vitamin Diaper Cream as part of a Mustela gift set and I am so happy I received it as a gift because I would have missed out on the greatest diaper rash cream.  First, the scent is heavenly.  It is a soft but very pleasant scent but not overwhelming.  In addition, it has a thick and creamy texture.  It is not waxy or heavy like other diaper rash creams.  With other creams, such as Desitin or Bordeaux' s Butt Paste I feel like I need to immediately wash my hands and feel like the cream does not come off of my hands even after washing.  The Mustela cream almost feels like a lotion, but is thick enough to provide a barrier to the skin. The other added bonus is that it contains vitamins that are good for baby skin.  This diaper rash cream works almost immediately for my daughter who has very sensitive skin.  It is on the expensive side, but a little dab goes a long way due to the texture so you don't need to buy it very often.

Works overnight and has a wonderful smella nd texture

I received this diaper rash cream as part of a Mustella gift set and I love it.  I love their entire line of products but will always use the Mustella Vitamin Barrier Diaper Cream.  This cream has a light scent that is pleasant but not overpowering.  it is the same scent as the Mustella shampoo, lotion, etc.  What I love the most about this diaper cream is the texture.  It is like a lotion, rather than a sticky petroleum substance.  It glides on and is not sticky.  With other diaper rash creams, such as Bordeaux Butt Paste I feel like it is still on my hands, even after I wash them.  This cream also gets rid of any rash or redness almost immediately.  As soon as I notice redness on my daugther's bottom I use this cream and the next day it is gone.  The cream is expensive, but I feel it has quality ingredients and is worth paying a little more for.  In addition, because the texture is like a lotion, it spreads easily, so you really only have to use a small pea sized portion.  Therefore, a little bit goes a long way.

Gentle for Sensitive Bottoms

My daughter has extremely sensitive skin.  She breaks out from most types of baby wipes.  We even struggled to find a brand of diapers that did not break her out.  When her first diaper rash came along, I was uncertain what to expect.  My son rarely had diaper rash and his skin is not sensitive at all.  For my daughter's diaper rash I tried Boudreaux's Butt Paste because we had it on hand.  I had heard great things about it and figured if it managed to stay on the market despite its ridiculous name, it must work well.  Unfortunately, this was *not*the case with my daughter.  It actually made her diaper rash worse.  In fact, when I finally took her to the pediatrician because the rash had gotten so bad, he said it looked like the cream had given her chemical burn!  We went through *many*different types of diaper rash creams in an attempt to find one that worked for my daughter.  Finally, my sister's mother-in-law bought us some Mustela Diaper Cream.  I had my doubts at first because, honestly, I had never heard of the stuff.  When I first squirted it out, I saw skeptical.  It was thinner and more lotion-like than I had expected.  I questioned whether it would be effective.  But, amazingly, it worked like a dream!  My daughter's horrible diaper rash was cleared up in just over 24 hours!  Now, I recommend this cream to all of my friends who are expecting a baby.  If your child has sensitive skin and you are looking for a gentle, yet effective, diaper cream, look no further.  Mustela Diaper Cream is the best out there!  Worth every penny!!

Two thumbs up

I received this wonderful diaper rash cream as a gift. When my baby boy's skin turns a little red, I would apply it to his skin before going to bed. Next morning, his skin looks just fine, not red anymore. A little goes a long way..you don't have to use a lot of cream on your baby's skin. It works extreamly well, to prevent diaper rash. Maybe because of this cream, my baby never had any rash so far...he is a 4 month old now. The quality is extremely superior I must say. Plus, it smells very nice too. The only cons is the price compare to other brands. However, if you're willing to pay extra, go for it. It's worth every penny.
