Relient K
I absolutely love Relient K's music... just about all of it. Of my 25 top played songs on my iPod, 14 of them are by Relient K. Relient K is a punk/alternative bank with fun and inspiring lyrics. I saw them in concert once and it was excellent... well, except for the sound guy who messed up some of the sound balancing for a song or two, but that wasn't the band's fault. If they ever do another concert near me again, I will definitely go.
My favorite song varies from day to day, but it is probably either "I so hate consequences," "Be my escape," "Pressing on" or "Up and up." Every time...
review »Creative Connections Studio
My daughter dances with Ms. Rachael. She is magical both in her choreography and her insturction. She has such carisma. I have experience many dance classes throughout my years and I have the qualifications to critque Ms. Rachael. From me, she gets an A+++.
The studio seems very proud of her - as the should be. The owner explained her goal to stay small and attract the best instructors. I can tell you she is indeed meeting her goal with this instructor.
Ms Rachael also teaches my youngest (age 2) in a Giggly Wiggly class that he so loves. He can not wait to attend and talks...
review »Peter Paul and Mary - 10 Years Together
I bought the album 10 Years Together when it first came out in the 70's.

Amazing harmonies, and Mary's voice so penetrating not to mention the songs they chose to perform.
It is a classic, and a very telling tale of those times. Blowing in the Wind, Bob Dylans...
review »Alvin and the Chipmunks aka Ross Bagdasarian - Christmas with The Chipmunks Volume 1
What's my favorite Christmas Album?
Let me explain....
I went through a period in my teens where I absolutely abhorred Christmas music and considered 90 percent of all Christmas music detestable schmaltz worthy of throwing up to. The Beach Boys? Bing Crosby and David Bowie doing Little Drummer Boy... are you insane?
A few years after I passed through my phase came Bruce Springsteen doing Santa Claus is Coming to Town which made me laugh out loud the first time I heard it. I mean what drugs was he on? Remember The Dead Kennedy's (punk band) Christmas classic? F. . . Christmas? ...
