I am not overweight by any means, but I could loose a few pounds here and there. Especially after the holidays and vacations. I'm overall a healthy person. I eat healthy, go to the gym, and lift weights on a daily basis. But it's hard to loose weight when you aren't too far away from your goal. Sometimes exercise and diet don't cut it. With that being said Hydroxycut really worked for me. I lost about 15-20 pounds with this product. I've tried several Hydroxycut products, like Hydroxycut for women, Hydroxycut Hardcore elite. My favorite is the Hydroxycut hardcore elite by muscletech. It's great for people who are into weightlifting and body building. Also great for your average everyday person as well. The only disclaimer I am going to have is that this will not work if you are eating sloppy and not going to the gym. It only works if you exercise and eat well. This is a great product for an all over lifestyle change. You can see some great results with this product. It only took me a couple weeks to start seeing amazing results. AND THE WEIGHT STAYS OFF, unlike other products that didn't work for me and made me sick (like zantrex 3). DISCLAIMER: Although I would highly recommend hydroxycut, if you have any health issues I would stray away or talk to your doctor before you use a product like this. If you drink a lot of caffeine or alcohol I would also stray away from this product. As this does contain caffeine and suggests not to use other caffeine with it. Overuse of these products can make you sick or hospitalize you if you abuse them. If you have heart problems I would not suggest using this. Just like any product there are cons, but I do recommend this with all that being said.

It's alright. It does what it's suppose to I guess. I followed a calorie reduced diet but did not exercise. I just went to work everyday (dunkin donuts) and at first I got jittery and intense palpitations. Ten is tarted to sweat more and more. I lost a good 10ls off I it. I also cut down from 2 at every meal to 1. My tolerance was low for it again. Side affect - once my supply ran out I quickly gained 5 out of 10 lbs back!

I never believed in these pills when advertised on television, but after using them for 2 weeks, I started to see results.  I was scared when I found myself with a 45 inch waist and weighed 213 lbs.  I decided to try Hydroxycut and within 4 months I dropped down to 168lbs with a 36 inch waist.  Thats 45 lbs in 4 months and a decrease in waist size by 9 inches.  The second greatest thing is that I am full of energy when I need to be.  Simply put, this product is worth getting.

I did not want to resort to pills, but it was a frustrating time, I had stopped losing weight and I decided to go for it. I guess that all women will pay any amount of money to loose weight no matter how thin or big that you are but I would not recommend this product at all. I purchased this proudct and didn't see any results. I thought it was kind of expensive too. It did not give me any more energy or curve my appetite at all. In fact it seemed like it made me even more hungry and made my blood sugar go down. I felt like I was getting really weak everytime I took a pill. Like I was going to pass out if I didn't eat SOON! It kind of made me panic a little bit when I took it. I am sure that this product works for some people but it didn't for me. I was very disappointed with it. I guess that there is still nothing that is as good as diet and good old exercise. I would not recommend this product at all and if someone that I knew were considering buying this product I would definately tell them to save thier money!

I was looking for something to help me burn fat and get in better shape and I have seen this stuff everywhere, in magazines and on TV and all over the internet. I figured if it is advertised that much it must do something right. It is expensive, but I thought maybe it is worth it. Don't waste your money because this product doesn't do what it is supposed to do. You might lose a couple pounds, but it is probably because of the diet and exercise you are doing when you take Hydroxycut. I think I lost 4 pounds in a few weeks, but that was with a lot of intense exercising and eating right. I did seem to have a bit more energy but that could have also been from eating the right foods. This stuff is expensive and not worth it at all.

I have used this for years now, not to loose weight but just to take 1 or 2 during the day when I want the pick me up without paying for the Starbucks or other high caffiene products. I do find if I take more than this in a day I get mean and violent and find myself screaming at the kids more but if I don't have time to motivate myself or eat right and find myself lagging just popping one in the morning and afternoon gives me the boost I need to get through the day. I did not find any luck with weight loss on it. Aside from eating right and taking care of my body the only diet "drug" I've ever found to be effective was Alli. So if you want the rush without drinking a bunch of coffee or other energy products it's a bit costlier way to go but don't plan on it for weight loss. At least in my household that hasn't given me any luck.

Hydroxycut does help curb your appetite a little and it will definitely boost your energy level. The problem with it, is that is makes me crazy. I can handle a lot of caffeine so I don't think that's what makes me crazy when I take it. It makes me very irritable, short tempered and hyper. I still take it now, but I will only take one pill in the morning (the recommended dose is two pills, three times per day) especially when I'm going to work out. It does give me a little energy boost which helps me to get more out of my workout. Maybe this would work better for someone who could handle the full daily recommended doses but this was no miracle fat burner for me. I gave it a score of average because it does about what the average run of the mill diet pill does. It gives you a ton of jittery energy followed by a crash but if you are seriouse about dieting it can give you a little bit of support.

I've been using Hydroxycut off and on for the past year, and this combined with a healthy diet and exercise rally works. It's the extra push you need when trying to lose weight. It's caffeine free and won't make you twitch or shake from caffeine, but it contains something that gives you that extra amount of energy to stay focused on your weight loss. It's also an appetite suppressant, helping you stay within your correct portions at mealtime. The pills do taste a little funny, but they are relatively easy to take. I generally take 1 serving 30 minutes before breakfast and then 30 minutes before lunch. There are no side effects other than increasing your metabolism and helping you to lose weight. One thing, drink plenty of water, these pills will make you thirsty and you will find yourself peeing more than usual! I highly recommend this product!

After having baby number two, i had a hard time losing the baby weight from not only my first child but also my second. I didnt have the time nor the sitter to work out. I tried a number of options and pills but nothing worked like hydroxycut. Hydroxycut gave me the energy i need to take care of a newborn and a toddler. When it came time to buy a second bottle i had already lost 15 pounds and almost back to my original size. When it was time for me to stop taking them it was really easy to regain my own energy and to keep my same eating habbits, I did gain a few pounds but only a few. My overall experience with hydroxycut was excellent and i have already started recommending it to my friends.
