My little angel has been transitioning from the bottle to a sippy cup so I bought several different ones that were inexpensive in case he didn't like them.

The first one I have tried is the Munchkin Mighty Grip 8 oz. Trainer Cup.  At first it looks a little cumbersome but you get over it.  It has 2 handles so that it is easy for your little one to hold onto.  I don't understand the handles, because there aren't any handles on a baby bottle, so why does a trainer sippy cup need handles?  Anyways, this particular cup has a soft, silicone, bendable spout so that it is easy on the baby's gums and mouth.

The Munchkin Mighty Grip 8 oz. Trainer Cup is made with BPA free plastic, so you don't have to worry about harmful things leaching into the liquid in the sippy cup.  Since my son has never used a sippy cup before, I was a little skeptical about the term "spill-proof".  I'm thinking, yeah right!  I am amazed that it actually IS spill-proof.  In an attempt to prove that the sippy cup is not spill-proof, I shook it upside down and rolled it around on the floor, just to end up proving to MYSELF, not Munchkin, that the cup is indeed spill-proof!  It has some kind of valve in it to prevent the liquid from coming out of the spout unless sucked on.

The Scoop!

It only took my son a couple minutes to figure out the sippy cup and now he uses it effortlessly.  It was very inexpensive, I think it was $2.49 so I will definitely be buying more of these!  My only complaint is that the nipple is difficult to put back on once you remove it for washing.

I loved them, but my son chewed a hole in the nipple, so they aren't spill-proof anymore :)

My friend's little girl used these until she was about 4 yrs. old. Reason: Her Nana wouldn't allow drinks outside of the kitchen area. tadah--spill proof cup and all is well.

My children are all grown up, but I bought one of these for a friend for her baby, and she raves over it!
