I get such bad upper respiratory infections and with that I also always find myself with a really nasty sinus infection. Whenever this happens my nose goes completely crazy and starts making a ton of mucus and making it really hard for me to be able to breath which makes it impossible for me to get any sleep at night. This is a really great nasal spray that helps so that you can get rid of all of that mucus from your sinuses. It is easy to use and you just spray it in and you can feel it start to loosen up all the mucus really fast. I always have to blow my nose right after I put this in and then I am able to breath so much better. The medicine continues to work for quite a few hours and keeps your nose running so that all of the mucus and congestion comes out. I do warn you though with this loosening everything up you are going to start coughing and it will also come out with that, it is pretty gross but it does a really good job to open up your chest and nose so that you can be more comfortable and feel better.

The Mucinex Full Force Nasal Spray lives up to it's name. . It really is a FULL FORCE nasal spray to the point where it badly stung the inside of my nose, and irritated my nasal passages. It made me feel quite uncomfortable for a couple of minutes before it subsided. But once I got over the initial shock, it really did clear all of the mucus out of my sinus's and did an amazing job to get rid of all that congestion. The Mucinex Full Force Spray is supposed to give relief for up to twelve hours, and it did. It's great because it did a good job at clearing out my congested nose, stopped my nose from running, and got rid of all the sinus pressure in my head. My sinus headache was gone. It didn't help with any other allergy symptoms though, but that's okay. It has oxymetazoline hydrochloride which is a nasal decongestant. Maybe I just have a sensitive nose, and that is why it stung so bad. It did do it's job in the end, so I have no other complaints then that. But there are other nasal sprays that haven't stung my nose, so I probably wouldn't purchase this again anytime soon. Congestion Relief It got rid of all of the sinus pressure and congestion that was stuck in my nasal passages. It really did a great job at breaking up all that mucus. My head felt a lot less heavy after using this. Chest Congestion Relief It does not help with chest congestion. Relief of Aches & Pains It helps relieve sinus and nasal pressure/pain, but does not work to relieve body aches and pains. Cough Suppression It's not meant to help suppress or control coughing.

I had used Afrin a bunch of times and saw this on the shelf when it was on sale and gave it a try. Mucinex has a pretty good reputation, but I was really unhappy with this stuff. It did not work quickly, and when I finally got some relief, it did not last very long. Instead of 12 hours, I would say it lasted 7 or 8.

I'm surprised this product didn't get better ratings because I really thought it was awesome all around. I was thrilled when this spray started working right away. I had never tried a Mucinex product before, but I'm glad I found this one! It's very easy to use; you don't have to grip it and squeeze it a million times like some nose sprays. I highly recommend it for nasal and sinus relief. Congestion Relief For me, this worked like a dream very quickly. It took care of that blocked up feeling in my sinuses. Chest Congestion Relief This nasal spray really isn't meant for chest congestion relief, I don't think. So while I'm giving it an 8, I'm not sure how fair that is. Relief of Aches & Pains Mucinex nasal spray definitely relieved that awful ache you get in your sinuses. Cough Suppression Again, I don't think this product is meant to control coughing. But it sure helps the nose!

This is the single best medication I've ever tried for nasal congestion! I have been sick for months taking a huge variety of medications: everything from nyquil to advil congestion. This is the ONLY medication that will completely allow me to breathe easily. And it only has to be taken once every 12 hours: they mean it! I take it once a day, just to get through the night and feel better well into the early afternoon of the next day. I will be keeping this at my house from now on! Application is VERY easy. If you are used to any allergy nasal spray, this is even better. You don't taste it in your mouth like you do most sprays, and it also smells like grape. You spray it in, inhale and within a few minutes feel the pressure subside. I'm not sure what the cause for the congestion was: I do suffer from allergies and I don't think it was a cold, so it may not work for flu or anything. However if you just want to relieve nasal pressure and breathe easily, this is the best!

I have been using mucinex other products and have been happy with the results of getting rid of coughs and mucus and thought that using the nasal spray would work like the other mucinex products but boy was i mistaken. I used it just once and let me tell you by night time not only did I not feel better but got a nose bleed which I have never gotten from any other nasal products so I advise if you are going to try it to do it with caution. As I said I like and have found the other mucinex products to be great and therefore did not even hesitate buying it although there were many other brands to choose from but the experience scared me and I want other to be ware of what might possibly happen as a result of using it and tossed it in the garbage after the one time as I was not going to try it again after the nose bleed. Something I was not prepared for nor did I expect to happen it was a rather upsetting experience so beware. I was on a trip this week with my family and had the flu...I was miserable until my nasal passages filled up. Then I was extremely miserable. I bought Mucinex nasal spray on someone's suggestion and am now in love. The spray cleared up my nasal passages instantly. I was shocked. It also lasted the full twelve hours. My only complaint is that you can't use it for more than three days, but as that's true with all nasal decongestant sprays, I suppose that's not a real drawback. If your nose is blocked, try this!

I had a great coupon to try Mucinex Nasal spray and I'm glad I did.  Now Mucinex is the medicine I reach for at the 1st hint of allergies.  It's easy to use.   Mucinex is a bit more expensive than other brands but it's worth the cost even at full retail without discounts.  It's almost instant relief and with in a day I find my self allergy reaction free.  Which is awesome for me as I am a life long allergy sufferer reacting to a wide assortment of allergy triggers.    I just keep a bottle tucked in my purse at all times to be able to get ahead of the allergy game.  I've tried many different over the counter medications and prescriptions from the Doctor thoughout the years and have found none as effective as Mucinex.  I also find myself recommending Mucinex Nasal spray to both family and friends.     This also led me to try other Mucinex products and am as equally satisfied.   Mucinex Nasal spray is all that it promotes itself as and more.  It does tend to dry me out some but better that than allergy reactions which then leads to asthma attacks.

I recently decided to try this product becuase it was on sale at my local drug store. Normally I do not use nasal spray, but I was particularly stuffy so I decided to see if it would provide any relief. I have to say that it does work very well for releiving nasal congestion. I felt a difference within only a few minutes after using the product. However, I noticed that it made my nostrals sting. Not sure if this is a normal side effect or if I am just sensitive to the product. I probably won't buy it again because of the stinging. I've tried other Musinex products and been happy with the results. I would hesitate to recommend this product. It did work well, but be aware of the potential side effect. The stinging did subside after a few minutes and it wasn't intollerable, but it was unpleasant. I would not use this product on kids! In the future I will probably just stick to using my old stand by - Vick's vapo rub. While it is messy it doesn't have any adverse side effects.
