Mucinex Full Force Nasal Spray — 

If you can stand shooting stuff up your nose, the spray works great.  It made my nose run for about 5 minutes after spraying before it started to clear up.  Works great for stuffy noses, especially those caused by a cold or the flu.  It did not work as well on my allergies, however.  I could breathe for about 30 minutes before my running nose came back.
