I was on a trip this week with my family and had the flu...I was miserable until my nasal passages filled up. Then I was extremely miserable. I bought Mucinex nasal spray on someone's suggestion and am now in love. The spray cleared up my nasal passages instantly. I was shocked. It also lasted the full twelve hours. My only complaint is that you can't use it for more than three days, but as that's true with all nasal decongestant sprays, I suppose that's not a real drawback. If your nose is blocked, try this!
