Mucinex D works great to relieve your congestion issues. I had a horrendous head cold that moved down to my chest and was getting fed up with cough syrups as it seemed that they barely gave me any relief. I went to the drugstore and spoke to the pharmacist there and was advised to try it. Well I am glad I did! First thing I noticed it's a pill so no more yucchy cough syrup to choke down. This stuff is awesome! My husband & son have terrible allergies. My son's dr recommended Mucinex D for sinus/allergy and it is wonderful! We have tried everything imaginable and nothing every kept working.  This stuff knocks it out of you! It's a little pricey but WELL worth the money when you're able to find something that works this well!

My dr recommended Mucinex D - since I need some type of decongestant most of the time.  After sinus surgery I was healing and Mucinex D was the only thing that really relieved the congestion pain I had.  It is definitely a lifesaver!!

This was a waste of money. It did nothing but make me feel strange. It did not work like an expectorant but more like a suppressant. Dried me out and made my chest feel even tighter.I purchased just regular mucinex as directed bt pharmacist.
