Mrs. Meyer's Gingerbread Liquid Hand Soap Review

I am a huge fan of the holidays.  I enjoy decorating my house, buying presents for my friends and family, and, of course, using my favorite products in limited edition holiday scents.  Last year I received two free bottles of Mrs. Meyer's Gingerbread Liquid Hand Soap as gifts with purchase from drugstore.com.  I used one bottle last year and enjoyed it thoroughly.  I decided to save the second one for THIS holiday season.  I put it out in our bathroom a couple of days ago and was reminded just how much I love this product!

Mrs. Meyer's Gingerbread Liquid Hand Soap is a colorless, clear liquid that smells just like a gingerbread cookie! It seems to be concentrated as you only need one small pump of product to thoroughly clean hands.  When you wash with this soap, you won't get loads of bubbles and lather but I have to admit that it just doesn't seem necessary.  Skin feels squeaky-clean after using this product.

While I wouldn't describe this hand soap as especially moisturizing, it certainly isn't drying.  My hands are left feeling soft and smelling like delicious gingerbread.  That's not a fragrance that I would enjoy year-round but it's fun and perfect for the upcoming holiday season.  The festive scent lingers on skin and around the sink for at least a half hour after use.

Mrs. Meyer's products can be difficult to find.  The local Target stocked some of the hand soaps for a couple of months but then put them on clearance and phased them out.  I haven't ever seen the line sold anywhere else in my area so I order them from drugstore.com.  You also can order them directly from the Mrs. Meyer's web site.

Mrs. Meyer's Gingerbread Liquid Hand Soap is a pleasant holiday product that makes washing your hands just a little bit more fun.  It smells festive and does a good job of cleansing skin.  I look forward to using this soap during the next couple of months.
