If you want an all around good seasoning without the salt or even with low salt; this is the best to be found.

Very true! My boyfriend's family (especially his mom) all have different (and difficult) food alergies and whatnot-we are constantly struggling with what we can make that everyone can eat, without gagging. This is seasoning is great!
