I just need to tell you, by the time I know what we're having for dinner, I don't have 30 Minutes to marinade the meat. Mrs. Dash 10 minute marinade is AWESOME!!! I just follow the directions on the envelope, put it in a container with the meat, shake to coat, and put it in the fridge while I figure out the rest of the meal! Mrs. Dash, the flavor enhancer without salt,  was always something that other people used--that is until I received a free sample to try.  This little shaker bottle has added flavor to soups, salads. and meat dishes without adding the dreaded sodium.  The flavor is there, but the salt is not.  This is a wonderful addition to a healthy lifestyle (and is fabulous in crockpot recipies.  The rest of the family does not even realize that the salt is out/Mrs. Dash is in.  The flavor stay..now isn't that something to rave… read full review »

i recieved coupons for this item in a bzzkit from bzzagent. The marinades were very hard to find. I stumbled upon them at WIlliams foods. They are really good and quick .
