I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this book.  It is quite shocking how "hot" this book is.  So beware, if you're thinking this is true to the writings of Jane Austen then you will definitely be rattled.  But if you go into this thinking that Jane Austen only wrote things she knew of therefore she never wrote about sex then that'll free you up in just enjoying this thoroughly enjoyable book.  The writer did stay true to Austen's biting humor and intricate stories of the character we have come to love and hate and also new characters especially the servants lives.  Keep an open mind and I believe you will love this book as much as I did.

I hated this book... How many times can the author say "conjugal relations" or "carnal needs"? That being said, I bought the sequel to it and read the whole horrid thing.
