The Mr Coffee VB-13 is a good value. It makes 12 cups of good coffee. The coffee stays hot, until the unit is turned off. It has pause and serve, so you will not have to wait for the whole pot of coffee to brew to have a cup. There is a spout that pours hot water over the coffee grounds which can be moved to the back for easy removal of the filter basket. The filter basket can be taken out to clean.
