We bought this when 2 major coffee drinkers moved in with us. We even bought the 2 year warranty with it. Within the first 2 weeks of having it, the inside bucket you have to fill with water, then secure back into it, broke off. We took it back to the store, they replaced it, and kept the receipt showing our warranty. So...guess what??? The replacement machine broke about 2 months later in the exact same spot too!!!! We had moved from Washington State to Montana, and the store said they couldn't take it back. So now, we have a huge coffee maker that just floods our counter if we try to use it. Don't buy this one!!! Brew Performance Brew's slowly and loudly Ease of Cleaning Way to many pieces need to be removed just to fill it to make coffee, let alone clean it!!! Ease of Use To many steps to put water in, put grounds in, then wait...then wait some more....to finally get a cup. Design Really like the Idea and the concept. Just to big, and not durable enough. Durability Went through 2, and the 2 year warranty we paid for wasn't able to be used.

We have had this coffee maker for about a 1 1/2 years and really have enjoyed it. No more broken carafes. We have had no major problems with it. Once the valve did stick while flowing coffee but it had buildup we did not realize was present. A good cleaning with a toothbrush and it was fine.

I use this coffeemaker every morning for the past 3 years, and have never had a problem with it. Brew Performance It works great with every brand of coffee I've used in it. It has an average brewing time, and it keeps the coffee hot. Ease of Cleaning There are not really any hard to get places on it when cleaning. Ease of Use Just add water, coffee, press the button, and that's all. Design It looks sleek, and fits perfectly on my kitchen counter. Durability I broke the lid by dropping it, but that was all my fault.

My husband bought this coffee maker without looking into it and we really regret the purchase. This machine is huge and takes up a ton of counter space. The machine makes a lot of noise when making coffee and when you go to dispense it the coffee splatters all over the counter and it doesn't stop when the button is no longer being pressed.

There are too many steps you have to follow to make a cup of coffee. After cleaning the whole machine out, fill the water in the pull out front basket and pour into the back. Then fill with coffee. Then brew, wait, wait some more and finally your coffee is ready. It is a little hard to use the dispensing button to get the coffee into your cup. I think it's a good concept but not well planned out. I'd rather get a single-serve Keurig machine or a regular coffee machine with a pot. I have not used the timer function on the unit but I suppose it will work fine. Ease of Cleaning Hard to clean out the inner parts of the machine. Design Looks clean and modern. A little big if you don't have the counter space. Durability Seems like it will last long.
