This Mr. Coffee Tea Maker Needs to be of higher quality

Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker Model TM 34P —

I bought this Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Maker, last summer. It makes a wonderful pitcher of iced tea. Upto 3 qts. The issue with this machine is, the pitchers that come with (two) are very poorly made. They seem to crack in the seam of the pitcher, and the iced tea leaks all over your countertop(every usage!). Now, granted we bought it last summer, so we only used it a few times, then stored it for winter, in the cupboard. This summer, we have brewed maybe 3 to 8 pitchers per week, some weeks. I like the fact the pitchers are made of plastic instead of glass. However, if they cannot make a plastic pitcher to withstand brewing for one year of service, before it becomes faulty, then I don't beleive it's worth the investment. The machine runs around $20 or so. I have contacted the company a few weeks ago, to see if they care to do anything about it, I am still awaiting a response, and will post it here just as soon as I get one. :)
