I have had this coffee maker for a very long time, and it works wonderfully. It is used every day at least once, sometimes twice. The caraft has held up exceptionally well as compared to similarly priced coffee makers. The coffee is as good as the beans or grounds that you use. I occassionally run vinegar through it to keep it clean, and I put the caraft in the dishwasher on occassion as well. I have had no issues with water leaking or any other problems with this product. It is the right price and works very well. It has also survived seven moves with no problem such as breaking or cracking. This is one of the best small appliance purchases I have made.
