The Mr. Coffee ECMP50 cost us about $65 at Walmart and works wonderfully! We have had our machine for about 6 months. My husband and I use it almost daily and we have not had a single problem. Just read the instructions before you use it, but once you do it is easy to remember how to use it! It is so easy to use that my nine year old daughter has learned to make Cappuccinos and Lattes for us, it is like having a coffee shop in our house.  The Machine has a milk steamer attached, that works great! The only thing I see as a downside could be that the metal steaming arm is not the easiest to clean, you definitely want to clean it right after you use it or else the milk dries on and is more difficult to get off. I would definitely recommend this machine if you want to make espressos, lattes or cappuccinos at home!! We have saved a ton of money buy making our lattes and cappuccinos at home rather than going to a coffee place!!

Cleaning the steam wand can be iffy if not wiped clean immediately after steaming/frothing with a damp towel. But sometimes I forget so I keep a tooth brush and 99% rubbing alcohol handy that will quickly get rid of the gunk. Wipe again with a clean, damp towel and you're good to go. The alcohol evaporates quickly and leaves no after-taste to ruin the frothed milk. I don't use alcohol on the removeable rubber froth enhancer (I don't use it anyway, but if somebody else does and gets it all gunky...) I soak it in soapy water and rinse well after.
