Pros

    auto off when done brewing, Makes the best coffee ever!, awesome, attractive, reliable, good tasting coffee, I can set the timer for the morning

My grandmother's both used them and so have my mother, sisiter, step-mother and myself.  They are great and durable. I personally love being able to set it and forget it!
