This product is awesome,The system brews the coffee into a thermal carafe which keeps the coffee hot approx 5 or 6 hours and luke warm up to 10 hours if not longer.Once brewed the system has an auto shut off (No more going to work and worrying you left the coffee pot on at home) & because of no hotplate the coffee doesn't get that burnt taste as it does with traditional machines.
