This handy little pot makes tasty Starbucks coffee.

I like the small pot cuz I only drink one large cup of coffee a day. Mr. Coffee makes a small pot that fits my needs. It has a clock on it so I could make coffee the night before and it would brew before I awakened. Since my kitchen is small and efficient, this coffee maker is a perfect fit for my desires. Okay, I've had the Kitchen Aid, Cuisinart and Krups coffee makers in the last 10 years and we just got this free for signing up for Boca Java Coffee Club (also a MyPoints vendor) and all we can say about this product is that is like a Golden Retriever. Practical, reliable, never fails you. It can be programmed the night before to be waiting for you the next morning-- and it's not hard to program. It take flat-bottomed filters and makes 12 cups. Not a very good investment. If you love coffee and know what a good cup of coffee tastes like then you will be very disappointed in this coffee maker. Its slow, its creates a lot of steam that is trapped under the hood of the water resevoir creating a lot of mess and build up and the lid of the coffee pot traps water and spills it every time you pour. And most importantly it does not brew a very good cup of coffee, not matter the quality of your beans. My Mister Coffee Maker may be slow....................but it gets the job DONE & I have one gr8 tasting cup of coffee. I have had other coffee makers given to me as gifts and I have bought a few, I just have to say that none has been as dependable as my Mr Coffee Maker. So if you are in the market for a coffee maker, I have to say you will not go wrong with Mr Coffee, even though there are faster, & fancier Coffee makers out there, but for your money's worth I recommend a Mr Coffee, you can get it for under $40.00 and it gives you years of service..................................... I have used several types of coffee makers and I have found that a Mr. Coffee is the best for the price or for use in general. It doesn't leak, it holds water in the reserve tank without leaking. I like the timer to start brewing when you need it to, I can always depend on it to. I like the carafe it has a nice shape and is easy to pour. I had an old Mr. Coffee for about 15 years, so when it was time — to get a new one I only wanted a Mr.Coffee. — It wasn't until our Christmas party that my new pot was waiting for me. — However, I won the rice steamer. I absolutely love our Mr. Coffee coffeemaker...........we've had this brand for a number of years, and it's always been so reliable and makes the best coffee. I cannot go to work without coffee, and without my Mr Coffee Coffeemaker, I wouldn't have a job. When I wake up, my body is drawn to the coffeemaker, and I'm literally able to make a full pot of coffee with my eyes closed. Ever since Joe DiMaggio began as the spokesperson for Mr. Coffee I have been hooked. I have tried other brands but always come back to the reliable Mr. Coffee.
